Plan My Desi Wedding provides an AI-powered tool that analyzes vendor contracts and generates a written report that includes an opinion-based grade, summary of findings, and suggested questions or actions ("Report"). This is intended to support - but not replace - your own contract review process or legal consultation.

2. Informational Nature Only

• Our Reports are non-binding opinions based on automated analysis and should not be interpreted as legal advice or professional counsel.
• We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services, representation, or guarantees.
• The Reports may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations, and should not be relied upon exclusively.
• You should consult an appropriately licensed attorney for legal advice before entering into any contract or making any legal decisions.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using our Services, you agree that:

• You assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions based on the Report.
• You acknowledge the AI may not detect all risks, obligations, penalties, or key terms in your contract.
• You accept that outcomes resulting from negotiations, contract changes, cancellations, or disputes are solely your responsibility.

4. Payment & Refunds

• Payments for Reports are processed securely via Stripe.
• Once a Report is generated, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a proven billing error or duplicate transaction.
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from use of the Report.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including the AI model, grading methodology, report templates, wording, visual assets, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Plan My Desi Wedding.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use your Report for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not reproduce, resell, republish, or distribute our content without written consent.

6. Data Usage and Security

• We store uploaded contracts and related metadata in secure, encrypted environments.
• We may use data to train and improve our AI system over time.

7. No Warranty

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Report
• That the AI will interpret your contract correctly
• That outcomes based on our suggestions will be favorable or successful

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of income, profits, contracts, goodwill, data, or use
• Claims resulting from reliance on or use of any Report or recommendation

If liability is imposed despite the above, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant Report.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website, and your continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
